I went to david90210's DJ gig on Saturday night... awesome! Highlights included him telling the owner of a white Camry that they'd left their lights on, and when he played Khe Sanh at the end.

Went to see Jonsi at the Enmore and subsequently bought his album, the album is absolutely sensational and the live performance of it will be very tough to beat for live music event of the year. Similar sounds in a lot of respects to Sigur Ros but much more cheerful and uplifting.

Just heard Mt Smart Stadium playing "Wake Up" off "Funeral" while waiting for Knights and Warriors pack a scrum. Something I though I'd never see or hear. Not exactly football music.
